Bluetooth Framework
The Bluetooth Framework is the Software Developer Kit (SDK) that provides easy access to the Bluetooth features on Windows platforms. The library supports both Bluetooth Classic and Bluetooth Low Energy technologies. The framework is a part of the Wireless Communication Library but can be used as a standalone library. The Bluetooth Framework is available in three editions:
The Bluetooth Framework .NET Edition is the native set of the .NET classes written in C#. It is designed to be used with
Microsoft .NET: .NET Framework, .NET Standard, .NET Core, and .NET on Windows platforms. The library
can be used to develop WinForms, WPF, ASP.NET, .NET MAUI, service, console,
Unity, and Python applications.
The Bluetooth Framework C++ Edition is the static C++ library developed to be used with Microsoft Visual C++
(or any other compatible C++ compiler). The package includes pre-compiled libraries for Microsoft Visual Studio 2005,
2008, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2017, 2019, 2022, and 2026. It
uses only standard C++ runtime libraries. C++ Edition supports x86, x64, ARM, ARM64, and ARM64EC
architecture on Windows platforms.
The Bluetooth Framework VCL Edition is the native set of the Delphi, CBuilder, and Lazarus components written in Delphi.
The package includes components for Borland CBuilder 6, Delphi 6, 7, 2005, Developer Studio 2006,
Code Gear RAD Studio 2007, 2009, Embarcadero RAD Studio 2010, XE, XE2, XE3, XE4, XE5,
XE6, XE7, XE8, 10 Seattle, 10.1 Berlin, 10.2 Tokyo, 10.3 Rio, 10.4 Sydney,
11 Alexandria, 12 Athens, 13 Florence, and Lazarus 4.2 with FreePascal 3.2.2. The library can be used
to developer Windows applications.

The Bluetooth Framework demo version can be downloaded as an executable installer (EXE link) or as a 7Zip archive (ZIP link). The executable installer is not signed, so you may see a Windows warning when running the installer. To avoid this you can use the 7Zip packed version.
